All Payments done through Cash on Delivery method will receive Refunds in the form of Store Credits. Store Credits are valid for one time use. Cannot be replaced with Cash.
For all payments done on Credit Card and Debit Card, Refund will be issued to the same card used at the time of transaction.
Refund on credit card and debit card transaction take up to 7 Business days.
For payments done on Tabby and Tamara, the refund will be issued through Tabby and Tamara.
Shipping fee is Non Refundable.
Exchange or refund any product purchased within the last 30 days on ulbnco.com, provided it is unused and returned with the barcode tags and purchase receipt. This policy also applies to products bought during sales or promotions.
