SHIPPING INFORMATION WITHIN UAE

All orders are shipped via Aramex.

To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:

• Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take up to 48 hours.
• Orders placed after 2 p.m (GST) will be shipped the following business day.
• Allow up to 24 hours for handling.
• Shipping rate within UAE AED 10

All orders are shipped via Aramex.

• Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take up to 48 hours.
• Orders placed after 2 p.m (GST) will be shipped the following business day.
• Allow up to 24 hours for handling.
• Shipping rate KSA AED 25

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1-2 business days from your order date, please contact us care@ulbnco.com.

Note to Customer: We cannot be responsible for items with proof of delivery that are unclaimed, marked undeliverable or ‘return to sender.’
